Statistics and probability course is a branch of applied mathematics that works with collected data to analyze data and to interpret the results. Also, data mining and data generation through statistical modeling are discussed in the lesson. Descriptive and inferential statistics are two parts of statistics and probability which is taught in each semester. Mathematics is a prerequisite for this course.
